An ancient city, Prague is known for its beauty, but there is another town that lurks below. Here, the eye beholds the world of darkness, death, and shadows. Trek through tunnels and turn the corner: suddenly you come upon chambers that once were dungeons and probable settings for torture. Travel further and you will hear the stories about assassination plots and public executions. This is the 12th century world below the beautiful city above, and its architecture has its own powerful appeal. In our tour, we give you an up close view of this memorable world.

On this tour you get:

• Settings where you may visit the sites and hear stories and legends of the underworld.
• Glimpse at the catacombs, tunnels, and rooms that once served as a village station where prisoners awaited their death.
• Travel through medieval passages that were settings for dungeons and torture.
