Join us as we discover a unique part of Prague, one that is hidden from the tourists and yet very much in the heart of the city. Explore a neighborhood often overlooked by guidebooks, an area that was once full of misery, disease, and poverty. Yet for us, it makes the perfect setting with a rich history, providing a chilling atmosphere for tales of death, murder, and mystical activity.
Once the night falls, Prague takes on a different, eerie mood, and the ghostly stories of those who once walked your path come alive. Prague’s most famous hangman, a princess who sacrificed her royal title to religious devotion, or the spirits of the dead who haunt the hospital by night. These are just a few of the legends you’ll encounter on the Ghosts and Legends of Old Town tour, a must-do for anyone who wants to enjoy something a little different while visiting Prague, whether or not they believe in ghosts. We won’t try to scare you with cheap special effects or dressed-up actors. But keep your eyes open. Plenty of ghostly encounters have been captured on camera during our tour. Will you be one of the lucky ones to catch a glimpse of a vortex, orb, or haunted spirit?
Either way, you’ll be treated to a vibrant narrative of centuries-old stories, set in the stunning illuminated historical center of Prague’s Old Town.
